Almost makes me want snow.........really though the thing I enjoy is the quiet it creates. The first snow sort of insulates the ground from "noise" save for the crunching noise you hear when u walk on it. If you live in Michigan you need to find the things you enjoy about it.
We got our first snow before you! Either that or we have different definitions of what "snow" means :)
I'm with you, Mary. I love the quiet so much I take night walks in the snow. Dave, I call 2 or 3 inches of snow "a dusting". Any more than that, when things are really covered up, that's "snow". :)

So pretty! We had our first snow Oct 28, amazing. There is definitely something magical about the first snow of the season!
