How to Impress an Opera Fan

Erich has an appreciation for the beautiful arias of opera and I've come to enjoy some of them as well.  My experience and knowledge of opera  is practically nil but I'm listening with an open mind.  When "La Dona e Mobile"  from the opera "Rigoletto" by Verdi started playing I was excited that it was familiar to me from my childhood so I sang the words as I knew them:

"Ta rah rah boom de ay;  I'll take your pants away
If you just stand there, I'll take your underwear"

Fortunately, Erich has a great sense of humor...

Listen to this recording of La Dona e Mobile by the Three Tenors and see if it brings any memories to mind - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bwjR9c2vjrg

Good one! I can't hear Barber of Seville without thinking of the Warner Brothers cartoons.
